Pondus is an innovative company which develops, designs and manufactures light weight and load carrying structures for the application in Public Transport (busses, light rail, trams etc).

In October 2019 Pondus celebrated the launch of EBUSCO’s 3.0 bus which is a co-development between the EBUSCO and Pondus engineering teams. The EBUSCO 3.0 bus contains the Pondus highly innovative and very light weight carbon fibre load carrying casco. Despite of the innovative concept and usage of advanced materials the Pondus casco has a lower Total Cost of Ownership compared to traditionally built casco’s.

The company is built on over hundred years of Aerospace and Automotive experience. Having its own Research & Development deparrtment and in-house design and manufacturing capabilities. Its passionate team members take pride in pushing technology boundaries each and every day.
