‘Everything you need is inside you’. That is the basic assumption of Wester Reflection & Coaching – enabler of change through self-direction and self-healing. Aim is to provide coaching, counseling and/or integrative therapy, so you can resolve what you want to resolve in your life and/or career. Whether it is a problem, a question, a crisis, a longing, a career issue, a wish, a feeling, loss, anxiety, depression, grief, a challenge, a conflict, ….. Support is aimed to align with what you need and is directed at enhancing your ability for self-direction, as well as enhancing self-awareness and confidence. Facing your problem or question can be difficult, but it can also be rewarding, enriching and even fun! Possible outcomes are obtaining more freedom of choice and in doing, getting more grip, feeling happier, having a greater sense of wellbeing and realizing further growth and development.
