Over Play Learn Change

We support Education and Businesses to implement a playful apporach in the education for their students and/or the everyday worklife of their employees. We believe that working in a playful atmosphere helps people to learn and develop new knowledge and skills together. They are intrinsicly motivated to reach their full potential and to cooperate to improve their business and their lives and that of others whether nearby or globally. To do so we provide facilitation and training to organisations to implement Playful Working in their everyday practice. We facilitate teams to use all their knowledge and values to create their visions and strategies and shape their playful teamlife. Core elements are making strong connections and understanding of each other, apply good conversation techniques, both vocal and visual, and real cooperation to work towards a common goal.

For schools and other educational institutions we also provide staff training on how to implement Playful Learning in the education they offer. For us that starts working with the school team, management and board to start using Playful Working themselfes. By offering such professional development we facilitate a shared feeling of joy for learning and help creating an environment of co-learning between students and teachers that will stimulate them to discover the world around them, research it and design their solutions together.
