Based on our dedicated background in different industries like renewable energy, plant breeding and life sciences, we offer active support in the development of your Finance, HR and Purchasing departments.

One focus is the transformation of a hierarchical organizational structure into a processwise service structure. This allows you to keep your functional leaders accountable for the whole, but also make people responsible for key processes like order-to-cash, hire-to-retire, record-to report and purchase-to-pay. In doing so, we also take a look on your IT-landscape and make suggestions for further digitalization.

To conduct a sucessful organizational change, we think that your people are the most important ambassadors of a new organization. After carefully developing a clear and aligned strategy within your management team, we believe that this strategy should to be shared with your people, before we start the implementation. Our experience shows, that employees are willing to follow a painful way of change, if they understand the „why".
