Platform for Migration and Inclusion (P4Mi) is a grassroots foundation that highlights the talents, skills, and potential of refugees and migrants and connects them to real opportunities to contribute to the economic and social development of their new home.

We work at the intersection of economic inclusion, job matching, information provision, and belonging, supporting migrants to become self-reliant and actively engaged in society. By turning social challenges into opportunities, we strengthen social cohesion and build bridges between communities. Our work is rooted in lived experience and driven by a strong belief in diversity, equity, and inclusion. We support organizations and institutions in creating fair, inclusive practices, while empowering migrants with access to information, networks, and meaningful pathways to work and participation. Together, we work towards a society where migrants feel they belong, can sustain themselves, and are recognized as valuable contributors to a vibrant and inclusive future.
