PSC works with technical founders, university spin-offs, and engineering-led companies that want to bring their innovations to global markets. We support them in clarifying their value proposition, identifying high-value customer segments, and building structured go-to-market and sales strategies that generate real revenue.

Unlike traditional consultants, Pink Suit Consultancy does not stop at strategy.

We often work as a fractional commercial partner, supporting companies with both strategic direction and hands-on execution. This includes representing companies in high-level customer meetings, attending international exhibitions, developing distributor networks, conducting technical presentations, and supporting commercial negotiations.

Pink Suit Consultancy was founded by Ebru Arslan, who holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Physics and brings more than a decade of international experience in technical sales and business development. In her previous role as Global Sales Manager, she led an international sales team of 5FTE and worked closely with technical sales engineers and regional partners across multiple markets (USA, MEA, APAC, LATAM).

Having worked in sectors such as scientific instrumentation, photonics, semiconductors, and process industries, she understands both the technical depth and the commercial realities of complex B2B markets.
