Over Pieter Rainier

Previously I worked as a senior recruiter and business partner, supporting organizations with end-to-end recruitment and growth-related challenges.

Working closely with professionals, leaders and teams gave me a deep understanding of how organizations function and how little space there often is for vulnerability, loss or mental strain in everyday working life.

Alongside this work, I completed professional coach training (iPEC), which shaped my perspective on leadership, human behavior and what people need to function sustainably at work.

Today, I build on this foundation by writing, speaking and hosting conversations about loss, grief, suicide and mental health, including through keynotes, articles and a podcast, with a focus on making these topics normalized conversations.
