Over PhD AND EngD Network UTwente

P-NUT is the official organisation of the PhD and EngD candidates at the University of Twente, driven by the common interests, concerns and passions of its members. P-NUT has three main goals: to connect, to inform and to represent the PhD/EngD community at the UT.

Connect: by organizing many social events such as hikes, parties, and workshops, P-NUT aims to bring people that share similar interests together in casual and professional settings.

Inform: through our newsletters, social media channels and website, P-NUT keeps its members informed on the important aspects that might affect or benefit their career as scientists.

Represent: We are the voice of the PhD community in meetings with important parties within the UT, such as the rector, the Twente Graduate School (TGS), and the Human Resources Department (HR). We also represent the PhDs from UT at Promovendi Netwerk Nederland (PNN), the national PhD association.
