For each of these areas there is a separate business unit with a highly skilled Personal Consultant who also functions as a Business Unit Manager. Sourcing Solutions / Facilities People Touch is an organization which is based on the philosophy that people are searching for personal balance in their lives. According to this philosophy it is important that people develop successful and fruitful relationships in their private and business life. According to People Touch, a relationship is only successful or fruitful if you move on the same frequency (also called wavelength) as your partner. The same principle applies in the case of an employer and employee. Organizations want employees who fit into their specific organization's culture, environment and market setting in which the company is active. The best (business) leaders seek employees who move on the same frequency as their organization. This seems like a logical principle. But in real life it is difficult to implement, and is the main reason why many employees do not function well or do not feel at home at the workplace. Successfully meeting this challenge is the core mission of People Touch: to bring together employers and employees who move on the same frequency.
