Over Peacs BV

Peacs BV is a company specialized in creating computer software for academic medical research and education. Our aim is to combine industry software developing skills with academic research skills. In our approach, software is created in close collaboration with academic researchers. Communication between researchers and software engineers is a major hurdle in the development of academic software. Scientific programmers are scarce within the academic community, resulting in many unimplemented concepts. In case software is created, maintainability and adding new functionality are limited due to the lack of good software design, sustain knowledge and broad experience in usable development techniques. Peacs BV is able to support the whole development project, from individually used research software to educational and research software tools used by many. We support writing specifications, implementation and publication on the internet.
