Acquired skills and experience from work in Maintenance and building of individual production machines, maked that I go on market myself and started provide services in maintenance sector and bringing new solutions in the field of industry automation.

I provide technical emergency services and constant care of the entrusted area. I can propose and implement new solutions improving quality, functioning and safety of existing machines/systems. For the client's needs I can modernize the production line in order to introduce a new product, or desgin and comprehensively create a dedicated workstation/machine/system to handle the production process. In addition I have friendly subcontractors thanks to which I can undertake larger projects.

• Technical emergency/consultations • Preventive conservation/inspections of machines • Diagnose&Repair breakdowns of machines • Assemblage/connect/startup of machines at client location • Adjusting/tuning devices/systems/components of machine • Modification of production lines/machines/workstations (additional safety, solutions preventing breakdowns, secure of process steps, improve quality of product, reduce waste) • Building control cabinets/automated solutions/workstations/machines • Relocation of machines • Optimization of production process • Creating/modification PLC programs and visualisation of HMI panels • Designing/creating technical draws in AutoCAD
