Paqell was established by partners Shell Global Solutions and Paques, a Dutch biotech pioneer with a 50 year heritage, to commercialise the innovative yet proven THIOPAQ® desulphurisation technology in a predominantly conservative industry.

Paqell is a JV of Shell and Paques. If something needs done in the Oil & Gas industry it usually gets one or more of following ingredients thrown at it: Science, Chemistry, Energy, Equipment, Manpower.
