There is a fear that these software programs will replace people, nothing could be further from the truth. As a company, it is important to keep up to date with the latest developments and to make the programs work for you and not against you. PAIR is happy to help you with this.

If we can not offer AI tools to make your company grow we can probably find an IT talent that will make the difference. I have worked as a freelance recruitment consultant for almost 3 years. I’m proud to have helped many IT talents find their dream job.

While our owner was studying Artificial Intelligence she got in contact with many recruiters and most of them were terrible experiences. This is why she decided to start her own IT-recruitment agency called PAIR and change traditional recruitment with a better and more personal approach. With her IT knowledge, she is able to have a different approach because of a deep understanding of the candidates' skill sets. She makes sure she represented her peers in the best possible way.
