Welcome to Paint Inspections & Advisory (PIA) founded by Witold Darkowicz, a Frosio III certified self-employed paint inspector with over 15 years worldwide experience. Our main focus is paint related inspections and advisory in marine as well as industrial sectors. We strive to fulfil all your expectations as per the project contract within agreed time and budget frames. We will however uphold, to the highest degree, human safety and environmental protection.

At PIA we are happy to be consulted about paint specification. We will help you to investigate existing paint systems and assess their condition as well as needed maintenance.
