Kids yoga; Reiki and massages . Sessions given in small groups or privately to stimulate the childs confidence and awareness. the goal is to be able to give every child a chance to experience at least once in her/his life a yoga session because my strong belief in the positive effects of yoga and reiki. I strongly believe that our childeren need more time and trust instead of all the material things they are given. A yoga lesson will bring them back to their own soul and body and focus them on their true needs which are hidden behind tv shows and computergames or competitive thoughts created by their hockey and tennis coaches. My goal is to reach out and give them a tool to face reality with confidence.
