Over Office for the New Earth ONE

Office for the New Earth (ONE) is a Non-Profit Design and Construction practice devoted to reshaping how the built environment supports the human body and mind. We create Healing Spaces that nurture safety, belonging, imagination and dignity for children, families and communities in challenging contexts across the world.

Our work brings evidence-based and holistic design to places where it is most needed. In refugee settings, asylum centers, community landscapes and public institutions, we design and build child-friendly environments rooted in neuroscience, environmental psychology, and regenerative principles. Each project becomes a focused intervention where essential elements in architecture work in harmony to offer moments of restoration, play, resilience and human connection.

Alongside these built environments, we host the Mind-Body-Space Symposium. This growing global gathering brings together architectural designers, researchers and other visionaries who are committed to translating scientific knowledge into practice. The symposium helps cultivate a new architectural culture that moves beyond utilitarian thinking and embraces design as a meaningful contributor to health, well-being and human flourishing. It is becoming a living community of people who believe that architecture can deepen our shared humanity.

Through our projects and symposia, ONE advances a more compassionate, research-informed and imaginative approach to design that is accessible to every community.
