Over Odysseus Group

Odysseus provides consultancy, support and training to organizations going growth and transformation processes with a specific emphasis on Project and Portfolio Management.

Odysseus was a Greek hero who showed exceptional ingenuity, perseverance, and leadership. These principles drive us to think out of the box and guide organizations in their journey to finding creative and sustainable solutions for their Portfolio Management challenges.

We believe that to do this successfully, tool, process and change go hand in hand. We never just implement Portfolio Management software, but with each customer, equal attention is given to tool, supporting processes and management of change. In this way we can successfully work towards sustainable solutions that add real business value.

Since 1999 our consultants have been widely recognized as some of the best and most experienced in the market. With an average of 10+ years of expertise in designing and deploying robust solutions using industry standards and in collaboration with our partner ecosystem.
