Hi! I´m Magdalena Radziewska, a Certified Gentle Sleep Coach and founder of Nurtured Sleepers, where I specialize in helping families create customized sleep solutions for their babies and toddlers. As a mother myself, I understand the challenges of sleepless nights and the overwhelming amount of advice new parents face. My goal is to provide practical, empathetic, and evidence-based strategies to help parents feel confident and empowered while building healthy sleep habits for their little ones.
