Hi, I’m Nicole 👋

I’m an English Language tutor with over 10 years’ experience teaching in the Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand, and Vietnam. I’ve worked with many language schools in Amsterdam, supporting learners of all levels, and through this experience I discovered how I wanted to shape learning in my own way.

That’s why I started Nicole Findlay Tutor. My lessons focus on real English for real life, designed around you, your goals, and your daily life.

My goal is to help you speak English confidently, say what you mean, and feel comfortable using English in real situations.

My approach is simple Practical: Learn English you can use at work, school, or everyday life. Personal: Lessons are built around your needs, interests, and voice. Progressive: Modern, interactive lessons that help you make real progress.

Courses Start to Talk (Beginner English) Small-group lessons for beginners. Learn everyday words, basic grammar, and conversation. Interactive materials included.

Everyday Talk (Pre-Intermediate to Intermediate English) Gain confidence in daily English. Practise real conversations, expand vocabulary, and improve grammar naturally. Interactive materials included.

Real Talk (Fluency Drop-In) Fluency sessions for B2+ learners. Study materials at home, then practise speaking about real-life topics. Build confidence and speak naturally.

Exam Prep (IELTS, FCE, CAE, LanguageCert) Exam-focused courses with practice tests, strategies, and exercises for reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

Private Lessons Tailored one-to-one lessons for your goals and level. Includes interactive materials and personalised feedback.
