NavaTron B.V. is a Dutch software company based in The Hague. We build practical, modern software for organizations that need technology to perform in the real world.

We create focused B2B SaaS products and deliver hands-on engineering services across platform engineering, AI and data systems, geospatial and logistics software, and platform modernization. Our work is shaped by a simple belief: advanced technology only matters when it becomes useful, maintainable, and valuable to the people who depend on it.

NavaTron combines product thinking with deep technical execution. We help teams design reliable platforms, modernize legacy systems, build APIs and integrations, develop AI-powered workflows, and create operational software that can scale with the business.

Founded by Clemens Schotte, with 25+ years of experience in software and more than 17 years at Microsoft, including Azure Maps product leadership, NavaTron brings senior architecture, pragmatic delivery, and genuine care for the end user into every engagement.

We stay small, focused, and close to the work. No technology for its own sake. No slide decks without delivery. Just well-built software that solves real problems and creates lasting business value.
