Background. Nathalie is born and raised in The Netherlands and is an independently working commercial brand developer and self-made entrepreneur who works both nationally and internationally. Having lived in 5 trending cities; Milan, Madrid, Munich, Brussels, Dusseldorf, she became particularly keen on detecting properties and upcoming areas. Over the years, she has developed in-depth knowledge of the luxury housing market in the Milan / Como region, Switzerland and the Balearic Islands. Growing up at a motorboat in the weekends, Nathalie has yachting in her blood and she loves being near the water. When it comes to ‘’Super Yachting’’, meanwhile Nathalie knows the industry inside and out as she carried out projects and interim roles for renowned shipyards and yacht management companies.

A different approach. During her many international stays and from her work in the superyacht industry, Nathalie noticed multiple times that a typical sales-only position of agencies or brokers does not bring an attitude, mindset, or advice nor the property / yacht that would have really been in the best interest of the client, having thus the client benefit (versus the seller). Her drive and belief is that clients benefit from independent, transparant advice and a clever search in the market for a matching house or yacht. This attitude and with a passionate heart for design made Nathalie enroll organically into property search and yacht search.

Private Search services for Private Clients. Nathalie undertakes a highly personalized search to obtain them their desired leisure home and / or yacht. A modular approach, following the client's wishes, Nathalie uses her in-depth knowledge of the luxury housing and yacht market. She employs a network of carefully selected (legal, technical) professionals on a case-per-case basis to find clients their dream home at land and at sea, assuring her clients a best-buy position.
