Coffee is produced under high pressure and high temperatures. However a lot of that coffee-magic is lost behind the counter or even at home. Because the place where the steaming, boiling, roaring machine is, whether you are making a simple cup of coffee, an espresso or a latte - that is where the adventure begins.

The adventure: the aroma of freshly ground coffee, the topping up and tamping of the coffee in the portafilter, fixing it onto the grouphead and then enjoying the sweet music of the machine and the steady flow of the bitter black liquid gold.

At Negroli we combine practicality with a form a classical art that enlivens and enlightens any bar or counter - instrumental for the ultimate coffee adventure. To that end we work together with La Marzocco - known for its high standard in production of espresso machines. That technical knowhow combines perfectly with what makes Negroli unique - that artistic enrichment from Antiquity based on 500 year old metallurgical techniques from Renaissance Milan.
