MyCLIC is the acronym for My Cardiac Lifestyle Intervention Coach. The major goal of MyCLIC is to increase awareness about a healthy lifestyle and to serve as a permanent virtual lifestyle coach. MyCLIC uses a comprehensive approach and will improve lifestyle changes in a variety of areas, including: exercise, eating habits, mental health, smoking habits etc. MyCLIC is designed for everyone who wants to improve his or her lifestyle. In addition, MyCLIC can be used by organizations to improve the health of their employees and thereby enhance engagement, productivity and reduce costs. Until now MyCLIC has successfully touched the lives of more then 29.000 participants.
