Möller Management is run by Harold Möller, a Project Director / Manager with 25+ years of experience demonstrated in the international (offshore) construction industry, delivering EPC(I) projects on LSTK or reimbursable basis. Areas of expertise include delivery of complex inter-disciplinary projects, stakeholder management, strategic project planning, planning/scheduling, project controls, risk management/analysis, project management office (PMO), contract and claims management, bid/tender proposals & negotiations, combined with a strong commitment towards HSSE and IIF leadership. Projects successfully delivered comprise offshore wind turbine foundations, offshore Oil & Gas process and remote wellhead platforms and jackets, onshore LNG modules, rail infrastructure including high speed rail, LRT and MRT, commercial buildings, and food processing factories. Employers and clients include EPC(I) contractors, operators, PMC consultants, and fabricators. Countries and cultures experienced over the years cover the Netherlands, Belgium, Libya, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Thailand, Philippines, and Nigeria. In my capacity of owner of Möller Management I can provide project and interim management skills and expertise to clients in (Renewable) Energy, Oil & Gas, and Construction. Possible roles to fill include Manager of Projects, Project Director / Manager, Planning Manager, Project Controls Manager, and PMO Manager, or in any other similar or related capacity you may require. Available to take up your next assignment worldwide and on a part-time, short or long term, or on rotational basis.
