Our mission is to help people and organizations thrive with the help of our innovative and effective corporate mindfulness offers. We know the transition to a more mindful culture does not happen overnight, and we are here to help you.

We offer workshops, classes, courses, playful mindfulness, retreats and company wide strategies and implementation plans, EGS/CSR reporting and more.

Mindart brings mindfulness, stress and health solutions to the workplace that are researched, safe and scientifically-proven to work.
