We believe the world is transitioning and needs a new form of leadership. Leadership, in which attention is paid to performance, creation, and innovation, as well as to the individual and the environment, not from activism or idealism, but from strength and co-creation.

We call this Optimal Performance Leadership.

We believe in Optimal Performance Leadership, not only because it is better for people and the planet, but also because it is scientifically proven that people perform better (long-term) when they feel safe, heard, inclusive, involved and meaningful.

Under pressure, when it really matters, we all display irrational and sometimes destructive behavior that we are not aware of. The biggest fuck ups are made under pressure. Think of sports, business, politics, the entertainment industry, and your relationships.

After years of research, Mind5 has found the solution. We help people to make structurally better decisions under pressure and in crisis situations. Not only for themselves but also for their environment and the world.

Through our self-developed Mind5® M.E.T.H.O.D.©, we train the leaders of the future. Mind5® uses sport and movement in combination with reflections and coaching to create direct learning experiences.

The Mind5® M.E.T.H.O.D.© shows who people really are and what they stand for, when they have nothing left to hide behind or cling to.
