My services are provided in the following areas: - Transitioning new processes and IT solutions within the organisation – ensuring that the services and processes will really change after go-live. - Providing project guidance and execution of necessary HR service improvement projects - Translating a chosen strategy in the field of new HRIT tools, service model or processes to a practical implementation approach - Setting up and executing annual HR projects (think of annual salary round) using the new technologies.

Miluska Consulting ensures that HR projects are organized and executed so that HR can focus on the content itself. In carrying out these projects, the correct integration of the people, process and technology aspects will be the crucial. As an independent party, I will always seek collaboration between the customer and the relevant suppliers (for example: technology suppliers, strategic consultancy firms, HR service third parties).

The key aspects of my way of working: - Cooperation and a positive atmosphere between all parties so that a jointly successful result is achieved - A structured project approach, from managing timelines to defining clear content - Approaching change management to be not only about preparing teams prior to go-live, the real validation starts after go-live with measuring effects and investing time with teams to adopt the new way of working.
