Since 2005 we have broadend our services and are since capable in handling the following Disciplines: - Project Managment - Quality Management - Interface Management - Construction & Site Managment - Systems Engineering & Integration - Test & Commissioning Management Noticing from the current market and as experienced during our last projects, accurate aligning the above mentioned disciplines would lead to a successful, cost effective and in-time project realisation. Midwest I&S BV is fully client dedicated with a natural hands-on mentality. However, we need to be critical with a common sense attitude to achieve your and our goals. Next to this, Midwest I&S BV has the knowledge and connections to involve a third party, in case a special discipline is needed. For example, Midwest I&S has also the capability of assisting you in Civil, structural matters In Short, Midwest I&S BV is the most practical link between engineering and project realisation. Industrial new-build and in service projects are performed with knowledge of standards, European and Dutch/local legislation, Work Breakdown Structure, Scope control &, planning tools etc. This can only be achieved by applying scope and planning control, additional work monitoring and using the right tools to achieve the required quality.
