Over Metta Child

Metta Child is a Dutch NGO dedicated to improving the lives of children and their families living in extreme poverty and/or difficult circumstances.

Since 2016 we support unprivileged children and their families in Varanasi, India, with education, nutritious food and healthcare. The children come from 'untouchable' and refugee communities, segregated in urban slums, village huts and a leprosy colony. We work together with our Indian partner organization 'Buddha's Smile School' in Sarnath.
