We are close-knit and compassionate team whose individual therapy services are tailored for the international and Dutch community.

Guided by values of compassion, respect, and dignity, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling life, and taking care of our minds is an important step in this process.

We have an eclectic approach in therapy based on scientifically proven methods: CBT, ACT, EMDR, Schema Therapy, Mindfulness, ADHD Coaching and Diagnosis, and Solution-Focused Coaching.

We welcome you in English, Romanian and Dutch.
