As a Systemic Coach, Facilitator of Family Constellations, and Podcast Host, I support overseas Chinese individuals and families in deepening self-awareness, healing intergenerational patterns, and building more conscious, connected lives.

I created MEEEI: HeartLight 🔸心光集 Podcast to support Chinese people to deeply connect with their roots and family or origin through remembrance, reconnection, and reconciliation. In this podcast, I share honest conversations, soulful reflections, and meaningful guidance — drawn from my life, my work, and my continuous journey of healing and growth.
