Me to You addresses the issue of “Period Poverty.” We provide sustainable, menstrual hygiene supplies such as menstrual cups and reusable sanitary pads, along with menstrual health education to needy and communities, primarily in Kenya.

Me to You aims to empower women and girls to manage their menstruation without shame, stigma, or exploitation.

With menstrual hygiene resources, women and girls can increase: their confidence, healthy behaviours, as well as their school and work attendance. Overall, their quality of life improves.
