MDF Africa is an integral part of MDF Training & Consultancy, a global organisation with over 38 years of experience in providing management training, advisory, and evaluation services worldwide. We believe in building on existing knowledge and experiences to create long-lasting effects.

MDF's services in Africa comprise MDF Eastern and Southern Africa based in Nairobi, Kenya; MDF West Africa based in Accra, Ghana; and MDF Central Africa based in Goma, Democratic Republic of Congo.

Our services are diverse but have three things in common – they are driven by new concepts and theories, are practical, and lead to new insights.
