Mc Energy® is specialized in the design and production of high end energy management solutions. Aiming at an industry wide approach to reduce the exhaust of greenhouse gases (GHGs), Mc Energy provides its customers with inhouse designed sophisticated products. Empowering our customers with high end energy solutuions and bringing the energy transition up to speed is what drives us at Mc Energy!

What we do? • Design of highly customized electrical transformers for industrial and marine application. Some examples? 12-pulse and quasi 24-pulse rectifier transformers (VPI, cast resin or oil immersed), (water)cooled chokes and filters for use with frequency drives, high frequency ferrite core chokes and transformers, variable (servo controlled) transformers for lab applications, 3-phase to 1-phase galvanic isolated and balanced transformers. • Design and build of grid stabilizing and grid enhancing solutions (up to 2MW). Some examples? Low voltage and high voltage grid power increase with battery support or other DC power sources, high power demanding electrical vehicle charging locations, LV to HV grid connections, Battery grid stabilizing support, micro grid solutions, vessel to shore power and vice versa. • Development of energy storage systems. Some examples? First modular energy storage system with black start functionality, micro grid features and continuous (no blackout) power during exchange of power modules, On board vessel energy storage, propulsion support and DC board grid stabilization under Classification rules (BV, ABS, DNV/GL and others)

How we do it? With our experienced team of engineers, +20 years of experience in both marine application and energy transformation we have seen a lot. Not everything… but a lot. Using our experience and binding our knowledge we can provide cross market solutions for our customers.

Why we do it? Because energy challenges are constantly emerging all around us and grow rapidly causing all sorts of problems.
