Machete Chronicle is a brand-new group initiative of seven multinational individuals with the aim to bring talent together in order to create. Officially registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. (Number 60433981) Several of Machete Chronicle’s members have first hand experience in the music industry and in professional creative design, next to undergoing university education. Moreover, honesty and communication are the fist two commandments of the label. The maintained strategy is to uphold equal 50- 50 shares for the artist and the label, not the typical one-sided division. Machete takes care of the mastering, conceptualization, artwork and finally the distribution of the artist’s tracks. The aim is to maintain quality over quantity: not building a massive outsourcing platform, but to retain a setting where people come for inherently memorable music. Therefore, projects that arrive at Machete Chronicle are harboured from the beginning to the end. This means that there is no ‘sales roof’ that the release has to exceed before the artist will receive any revenue of their work. The musical tastes within Machete Chronicle are blended almost across the entire musical spectrum: A broad orientation with uniqueness as a core value. Still, MC’s passion lies with electronic music. Therefore Machete has created to sub-labels in order to provide the different genres it wants to offer. Machete Gold outlines everything that can be found under Future House. The Gold label is that igniting addition to DJ sets and the connection to the festival vibe, certain to set off parties. Machete Red embraces the sweet moments of living life. Whether hanging out with mates, or diving into the nightlife the Red label will equip those with all the smooth G-House and Nu-Disco. Machete Chronicle offers you an exclusive selection of the artists that managed to captivate this emotion: euphoria. Machete Chronicle is ready to write the next chapter of the chronicle.
