Maverick advises organisations on behaviour-related matters. Based on our expertise in persuasion, group dynamics and behavioural change (i.e. nudging), we develop evidence-based interventions where practical applicability and maximum efficiency are the main principles. Why behaviour? In contemporary society there is a growing attention for behaviour. This comes as no surprise since behaviour is deeply rooted in everyday (working) life, often without realising it. Behavioural sciences – and specifically psychological techniques – are now more often used in the development of products, services, organizations and our surroundings. To practice behavioural change in an efficient and effective way, one needs proper knowledge about human behaviour. As behavioural experts, we have that particular knowledge and we can provide a valuable, maybe even indispensable contribution to current questions and/or problems. Our broad knowledge and methods can be applied to a large spectrum of themes, varying from sustainability to compliance to safe driving.
