Matrix Specialty Lubricants b.v. is a young and dynamic company producing and marketing specialty lubricants and greases. On our website you can find information about our services, activities and products. Matrix Specialty Lubricants b.v. was set up by a group of enthusiastic professionals. After working for major oil companies for many years we felt increasingly uncomfortable with the culture within these companies. In our opinion they were too large and acting slow, in a very impersonal manner. When several of these companies merged, their way of working with customers worsened even further. Furthermore, they often reduced or minimized R&D activities which resulted in less new product development. This is the main reason for the people behind Matrix Specialty Lubricants BV to decide to set up a customer-focused company. A company in which communications lines are very short and direct. And a company that offers high technology products and a high standard of service and support using the latest available technology and materials.
