We utilise methods such as Agile, Scrum, neuro linguistic programming (NLP), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Socratic-, solution focused- and provocative- coaching. We sharpened this specific knowledge and fine-tuned it to the requirements of the modern Agile business market.
