Coach, counsellor. I use my own life experiences and studied for the following diplomas and certificates. Integrative Coaching and Counseling, ACT Therapy, Mindfulness trainer, Recovery assistant, working with lived experience, Peer Recovery Specialist, Professional Recovery Coach. I work with people who are stuck in addiction but I also coach people with other problems that block the way to move on or get to the place they want to be. Coaching gives clarity, another way to see things gets you to a solution instead of wondering about the problem. I create a save space where you can speak freely and are not judged (I probably have been in the same kind of situation). Maybe I can resonate but in our session its all about you!
