Made Viable builds in-house digital solutions for real business problems, the kind that are too messy or undefined for a normal RFP. Think a costly manual process, a recurring inefficiency, or an opportunity nobody's had the bandwidth to properly define. Here's the deal: a small fee to scope the problem properly, then a success fee tied to what we actually deliver. Usually a share of the cost savings, one-off or spread over a few years. We agree upfront what "done" looks like and what triggers payment, so there's no grey area later.

Proof it works: Verdara, a supply chain traceability platform we built from scratch that's now generating real commercial value. Not a case study, a live product.
