M4Composites develops innovative composite products. We are your partner in exploring and realizing new composite solutions. The key to success is our integral approach in which all aspects of the process are taken into account, from design to production. Composite materials offer great benefits in many fields of application. The right material selection and design is however crucial for the right product and cost performance. We start with your initial idea and help you make the right decisions by carrying out additional research or feasibility studies. In order to optimally utilize the strength and stiffness of the material, we do manual calculations and/or full finite element analyses. This results in clarity from the start on what the load carrying capabilities of the product are. The effect of environmental factors such as humidity, uv, fatigue is taken into account by means of testing. The making and testing of a prototype shows whether the product fulfills all requirements. A precondition for production investments. Besides, the choice and quality of the production technique are verified as well. We have 3D printing technology at our disposal. By printing 3D models or parts we can support and accelerate the development process. We (inter)actively guide the production implementation to enable a fast start-up of the production process. We select the proper mold and production techniques for both thermoplastic and thermoset composite materials and organize the required facilities and partners.
