Storytelling for systemic change begins with understanding how culture, institutions, and strategy interact.

This is the principle guiding Ana Luiza Loio (or just Analu) as a systems-driven communicator. She partners with mission-driven organisations to craft narratives that shift culture and drive strategic engagement.

Her experience spans organisational transformation and public institutions. Analu has contributed to employee engagement strategies at COSYN, where she co-authored the “Happy Focused” framework, and led branding and stakeholder communications for the European Parliament’s LUX Audience Award.

Analu holds a Master’s degree in Communication and Media from Sciences Po Paris and has lived and worked across Brazil, the UK, the Netherlands, France, Belgium, and Portugal.

She is passionate about stories that connect collective emotion to strategic ambition – and believes that communication can shape the direction institutions and societies move in. 💭 🦋 📣
