Erwin Nijboer founded his company Lobo Sportswear in 2011 on. Erwin Nijboer is an all-round rider. In his younger years he was a cyclist, later he turned professional for several large teams (Caja Rural, Stuttgart and highlighted his role as servant for 5voudig tour winner Miguel Indurain at Banesto). The last two years of his career he has completed at American Eagle as a mountain biker. Erwin Nijboer founded Lobo Sportswear because in his 12-year Pro career he cycled for different teams. Because he had to races multiple jerseys, under different weather conditions and with his many years of experiences from the competitive sports: Tour de France, Giro d'Italia, the Vuelta and many classics. Erwin Nijboer now brings his knowledge in practice. Hence Lobo Sportswear produces different lines for both the recreational athlete as the elite athlete. Erwin Nijboer chose a Spanish name for his company, Lobo. He would like to see something of Spain back in his work, because he has biked and even lived there for 10 years with passion.
