Over Living Lab foundation

The purpose of the Living LAB is to improve the ICT innovation process of enterprises. This is done by facilitating collaboration between enterprises and between enterprises and their customers. The most important thing regarding the development of new ICT products and services is to involve the user in an early stage of the process. As a result the product or service will be better suited for the needs of the user and will therefore increase sales potentiality. At the same time the user will benefit from the optimized usability of the product or service.
