The association between HAAGEN and LION is explained: HAAGEN was acquired by LION in 2012. As a natural last step in this acquisition, the HAAGEN name was withdrawn from the market (in 2019) and substituted by the LION name. All of the human, technological, and development resources remain the same as before, forming a focus point for growth within the LION group for years to come.
