For production of our bags, Leoni e Pesci sources its material, when its quality allows for it, from waste materials, such as discarded designer furniture and 'leftover'​ leather, saving those from a one way trip to the world's scrapheap. We love working with the thick, sturdy leather, with a natural distressed look.

Our appreciation for quality materials stems from the possibilities it creates to keep the design real simple. A simple design combined with a beautiful material is for us, the key to essence of timeless elegance. Though we love items which allow us to express ourselves, we adore items that are at the same time functional.
