In 2018 a large corporation wanted to implement its own tailor-made scaled agile framework, Within two months, we had to kick off more than 100 Scrum teams all at once. We designed and co-created a unique approach, taking elements from our collective backgrounds to iterate to a custom-made solution. The workshops were a big success. However, our most significant learning was in the preparation phase with management. Throughout the design and testing of the format, our client started to adjust and tune the framework based on their own learning experience. Taking into account their context and culture, they were testing their Agile Transformation. From this insight, we created LEAT: Learning Experiential Agile Transformation.
