Leap Consulting provides consulting, project management and interim management services focused on Lean IT Service Management (Lean IT SM). Lean ITSM applies Lean Thinking Business Process Improvement (BPI) principles, combined with IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best-practices to IT Service Management processes. Lean Thinking is centered around creating more value with less work by eliminating waste in processes, creating optimized "Agile" process flows. Doing this improves the process speed, resulting in significant better time-to-market, while IT costs go down and customer satisfaction goes up.
