Leading-globally offers consulting in the field of global HR such as audits of current expatriation strategies, procedures, processes:

- Existing developmental and/or training programs in preparation of international exposures: cross cultural, cultural diversity, global leadership

- Current "global HR" job descriptions, missions, work performance, follow ups

- Existing following up tools, KPI’s to analyse expatriation performance and sustain the efficiency

Leading-globally can also provide coaching for individuals in transitions wether in preparation of an international assignments or any other changes such as career changes. Coaching could also be provided to families in preparation for expatriation.

It also provides conferences and lectures in the field of global leadership development and expatriation.

Leading-globally has more than 15 years of international experiences in 7 countries.

Dr Marine Berthelet-Mongereau is the founder and managing director of Leading-globally.org. She holds a PhD in Management Sciences in international Management - HR. Her Dissertation focused on the development of global leadership skills during international assignments. She has a strong experience of working and living abroad for more than 15 years in 7 countries.
