Lawyers’ Specialist is a new office in The Hague, specialized in supreme court litigation, offering lawyer-to-lawyer service, legal and procedural strategic advice, by rapid, direct and personal assistance to litigation departments of national and international law firms. After a quick scan or substantive legal opinion, Lawyers' Specialist offers, also as second opinion, rapid and “to the point” clarification on the realistic chances of success in supreme court litigation cases. Lawyers’ Specialist gives advice and guidance to attorneys and legal counsels in civil law cases in first instance and in appeal, while keeping in mind the maximization of chances in proceedings lodged at the Supreme Court, the possibilities for the Supreme Court for safeguarding the legal protection in individual cases, the possibility of referrals by the Dutch courts to the Supreme Court or directly to the Court of Justice of the European Union (CoJEU) or the Court of Justice Benelux (BenCJ) for preliminary (pre-judicial) rulings, and/or to conduct ultimately complaints on significant social and legal matters concerning human rigths at the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).
